Evening Reception and Alumni Breakfast

A joint reception for PEM participants and members of Kentucky Coal Association's Environmental Committee will be held from 5:30-7:30 Thursday evening, August 14, at the Holiday Inn North.
The University of Kentucky Alumni Breakfast will be held Friday morning, August 15 at 7:00 a.m.

Call for Exhibitors: Anyone interested in setting up a small exhibit or display can do so for a fee of $100 plus one seminar registration. Please contact Geaunita Caylor at 859/257-2820 or gcaylor@engr.uky.edu for additional information.

door prize for the seminar, please contact Geaunita.

UK Mining Alumni: The UK College of Engineering and the Dept. of Mining Engineering will host an Alumni Breakfast on Friday morning, August 15 at 7:00 a.m. at the Holiday Inn North. Please check the box on the registration form if you plan to attend.

  • Registration Fee before August 11: $110 KCA, COA, PEM, or SME member and $135 non-association members.
     After August 11:  $135 KCA, COA, PEM, SME member and $160 non-association members

  • Lodging: Contact the Holiday Inn North at 859/233-0512. The hotel is located at 1950 Newtown Pike, exit 115off I-64 and I-75 http://www.hilexingtonnorth.com. Ask for the room block for the PEM Seminar. The room rate of$76 single or double (plus tax) will be held until July 25.

  • Cancellation with refund (less $15 administrative fee) is available until August 8. No registration refunds after August 8. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please notify us in advance.

  • Eight Professional Development Hours (PDHs) awarded.
